Payment
must be received in full before any shipping/delivery arrangements are made.
Please contact us to arrange payment. We have accepted Pay Pal, Cashiers Check
and many other payments in the past, but funds must be confirmed before any trasfer of the puppy or paperwork can be made.
Any arrangements needed to secure the purchase
is legitimate on both ends can be made.
We will gladly reserve
a puppy for you with a
$750 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
If payment arrangements need to be made, we are willing to board the puppy for you at no charge for ONE
MONTH after available date posted on our web site. However, cost of any scheduled vaccinations and/or vet visits
after posted available date will be added to the total balance due. If puppy is boarded for longer than one month after posted
available date, a maintenance fee of $7.00/day will be added to total balance due. If puppy on deposit is not paid
for in full within TWO MONTHS of the posted "Available Date" on website, the puppy will be placed back on availability
and any payments received thus far will be forfeited.
We offer a
ONE YEAR guarantee towards GENETIC DEFECTS. We will reimburse any vet
bills to correct any GENETIC SPECIFIC PROBLEM THAT EFFECTS THE WELLNESS OF THE DOG. Such illness must
be documented by a certified veteranarian.
In the event of a fatal genetic defect,
we will replace the puppy with one of similarity, based on gender.
This does not cover
skin allegies, respritory problems, "Cherry Eyes", or other common, breed prone, problems that may occur
with some English Bulldogs or any other loose skinned or large stuctured canine.
Registration
Our Bulldogs and the dogs we breed to are always AKC registered. Therefore
your puppy WILL be AKC registered with a certified pedigree. The registration will however be LIMITED AKC registration,
which will still allow you to participate in AKC events such as shows but will void the ability to register AKC litters
from this puppy. This decision is made by us due to the large volume of puppy mills that are buying these innocent puppies
and are abusing and negliecting animals that need to be part of a family. Puppy mills or mass production breeders
are a very cruel place for dogs to live and puppies to be raised. They are abused and neglected daily and if they
are not profittable ( able to produce or be sold) they are put down. Animal rescue centers are doing their
best to eliminate this problem but cannot control all of it. We can help them by enforcing this policy and making sure
our pups are not purchased for this intent and that they are going to established and loving homes. If you decide you
would like to purchase a puppy with full registration we will offer it for an additonal charge of $250 dollars but
will also need to have contact with the veteranarian you will be using and be perfectly comfortable knowing that the
puppy is going to a loving home and not a "breeding ranch".
Shipping / Delivery / Pickup
Shipping - We will be glad to ship puppies
by commercial airline, at new owners expense. We make the flight reservations and have the right at any time to refuse this
method based on climate conditions. (too hot or too cold is not good for a pup in the belly of an airplane) This
decision is strictly in consideration towards the well being of the puppies. Prices are based on current airfare and
cost of shipping crate.
Our home is open any time for pickup of pups, but by appointment only please.
We will also consider meeting you in between residences, based on the driving
distances and our schedules. This method varies based on situations at time of purchase. Feel free to ask for this
option anytime. We find sometimes that this method is much easier on both parties.
